Delete your Helper AI account

Here you can delete your Helper AI account and all its data — in the app, or right on this page if you no longer have the app.

In the app

"Settings" → at the very bottom "Delete account" → your Helper password (Google-only sign-in — a code from the email) → "Delete forever".

What is deleted

Everything will be deleted: tasks, meetings, notes, expenses, chats with Helper, memory, “About me”, connected mail and settings. This can't be undone. The emails in your mailbox stay untouched. Sign-in and all sessions are deleted too.

What stays and for how long

Encrypted backups — up to 31 days: after that your data is gone from them too.
Server logs — 10 days.

Without the app

Enter the account email — a 6-digit code will be sent to it. Enter the code and the account is deleted right away.

Doesn't work — write to support@helper-ai.app from the account email. More about your data — in the privacy policy.
